We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team at Tempus Unlimited Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including budget analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform other financial and accounting tasks as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and payroll.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a professional office environment with a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.
