Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the team responsible for building operations and maintenance within a dedicated region.

About the Role

This role is within the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the client. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in leading multiple sites within a portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading multiple sites within the portfolio, including Raleigh, NC and Greensboro, NC.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Conducting client meetings, communicating to clients regarding regional facilities performance, property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.
  • Preparing for and handling response to severe weather events and natural disasters, including site closures.
  • Available for emergency issues 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
  • Running the facilities within a region, educating and collaborating with other team members to deliver outstanding service levels.
  • Developing and recommending strategic facility management objectives for clients.
  • Preparing capital project budgets and operating budget reports.
  • Preparing periodic operating budget variance reports.
  • Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis.
  • Ensuring facility procedures align with local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Prefer candidates who have either been Regional Facility Managers or Sr Facility Managers for 5+ years.
  • HS diploma and a minimum of six years of related experience and/or training.
  • Facility Management certification preferred.
  • Driver's license is required.
