AMC Theatres is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility-related maintenance programs and procedures to support the company's standards of clean, safe, and in good repair.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage maintenance programs to ensure facilities are well-maintained and meet AMC's standards.
- Oversee vendor activities, including scheduling and monitoring progress to ensure quality of work.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly building inspections to identify necessary repairs and ensure life safety issues are addressed.
- Develop and implement routine systems to monitor problem areas and ensure consistent maintenance and repair methods.
- Work with the General Manager to ensure Film Crew procedures support a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for associates and guests.
- 6 months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Suite.
