Your Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Process invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Lead internal projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
