Route Elite is seeking full-time FedEx delivery drivers in the Downtown Kansas City area. Drivers will operate step vans provided by the employer and make deliveries to local residences and businesses.

We are offering a $300 Service Bonus and a competitive pay scale of $160-$190 per day, based on experience. This translates to an estimated annual salary of $40,000-$50,000.

The ideal candidate should be physically able to manipulate packages weighing up to 150 lbs and live within 30 minutes of Kansas City, MO. A Class E License is also required.

A key responsibility of this role includes delivering packages to their destinations, loading and unloading packages from the truck, and scanning and logging packages. The safety and integrity of our operations are top priorities. We offer benefits such as bi-weekly paychecks, paid training, health insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay, and company-provided uniforms.

This is a physical job that requires getting in and out of the truck frequently. Our routes are completed once all packages are attempted for delivery and all pick-ups are completed within the respective window.
