About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service at the register, answering customer questions and providing a professional experience.
  • Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
  • Manage a cash register, process payments, and handle exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cashier, salesperson, or retail associate.
  • Ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add-on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.
  • Customer-focused and goal-oriented individual with a winning smile.
