Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Certified Apartment Staffing. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartments and amenities, adhering to standard code requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and buildings, addressing both major and minor issues.
  • Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Source and procure necessary parts and equipment to facilitate repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment, as well as the ability to operate complex machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • EPA certification and possession of necessary tools to complete tasks.
