We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Payne Pest Management Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for performing termite and pest control inspections on commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and corporate properties
- Develop and maintain working partnerships with Real Estate Agents and Property Managers
- Create a book of business through creative efforts
- Meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals
Requirements:
- Branch 2 and/or Branch 3 Field Representative License (a plus)
- Construction experience (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
