The Clinical Services Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services at The Grove Estate. This role is responsible for ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care, tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of counselors, mental health therapists, and discharge coordinators to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain strong relationships with community referral sources and resources to ensure seamless transitions for our patients.
- Develop and implement hospital-approved programs to promote consistent discharge planning and remove barriers to care.
- Provide oversight and feedback to therapists to ensure professional standards are met.
- Attend regular treatment team meetings and actively participate in survey activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate performance improvement initiatives and monthly reporting to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive hospital operations and strategic planning.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Licensed as an LSW, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT.
