Blair Ridge Health Campus is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assisted Living Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Post-Acute Services and/or Director of Health Services to ensure seamless clinical services across the campus.
  • Conduct thorough pre-admission screens and monitor residents' conditions to ensure timely interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with residents and their families.
  • Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to state regulations.
  • Coordinate pharmacy and medication management, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication.
  • Participate in quality assurance and infection control initiatives to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote the campus's services.
  • Attend and participate in company-wide training programs and committees as required.
Requirements:
  • LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a large van/bus vehicle.
