In the role of Cash Management Team Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated group of 5-10 professionals focused on the critical task of managing financial transactions for PCIS.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a clear understanding of the expectations necessary to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients.

This position requires a thorough knowledge of the financial transaction systems utilized at Schwab.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting annual objectives for the team and guiding employees to achieve these goals.
  • Addressing performance issues promptly and respectfully.
  • Enhancing operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Supporting the team in establishing essential controls to mitigate risks.
  • Building and nurturing relationships within Schwab, focusing on various departments and clients.

Success in this role will involve managing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high productivity and service quality.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cash management.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience.
  • A solid understanding of regulations governing qualified retirement plans and familiarity with ERISA is preferred.
  • Strong client service skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving in a collaborative team environment.
