Key Responsibilities
  • Audit work processed by Credit Operations representatives for compliance with federal, state, and banking regulations
  • Establish proficiency to a level of becoming the subject matter expert for plastic reissues, including development of SOPs and audit processes
  • Research and respond to attorney letters
  • Establish operational and audit processes for cashiering
  • Review exception reports for adherence to applicable regulations and internal CFNA policies
  • Maintain and provide documentation of compliance and regulatory work product as requested
  • Perform OFAC and FinCEN reviews, report findings to CFNA leadership and the appropriate Regulatory agency as required
  • Oversee regulatory complaints and Unfair Deceptive Abusive Acts & Practices (UDAAP) log for accuracy, completeness, and emerging trends
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet established deadlines and SLAs
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Displays a solid understanding of Microsoft Office product suite
  • Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Demonstrates strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma with two years of experience in financial services, audit, and/or compliance
  • Associates Degree with two years of experience in financial services, audit, and/or compliance
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a choice of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
