Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Bridgestone Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring our network to identify potential security risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess potential security threats to our network and data
- Monitor computer configurations and data files to ensure compliance with security policies
- Perform vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses in our systems
- Assist with patching identified vulnerabilities using patch management systems
- Work closely with the IT-ISS team to implement security controls and patches
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations such as PCI-DSS and SOX
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
