Job Description: As a Clinical Data Specialist at Solventum, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex clinical data to identify trends and patterns. You will work closely with our research team to develop and implement new methodologies for population health management, disease prevention, and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify insights and recommendations for improving patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain clinical logic content specifications using existing coding systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product concepts and evaluate clinical specification
  • Maintain process documentation for methodology updates using C&ER standards and methods

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experience in the healthcare industry, ideally medical coding, reimbursement, CDI, and research
  • HIM credentials or Clinical Informatics background as it relates to claims data research, analysis, disease processes and treatment, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Strong knowledge of patient classification research and development, including outpatient payment and risk adjustment in commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid environments
