We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist Support Specialist to join our team at East Side Veterinary Clinic I LLC. As a receptionist support specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our veterinarians in daily operations.

About the Job

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time opportunities. Our ideal candidate has experience working in an animal hospital, preferably with Cornerstone software, and is comfortable switching to electronic medical records (EMR). We are looking for someone who is friendly, helpful, and an excellent multi-tasker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist veterinarians with daily tasks and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and organized medical records
  • Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team

We offer competitive pay: $17-$21 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you can also earn 3 weeks of PTO, matching IRA, HSA, dental/vision insurance, and funding towards continuing education.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience working in an animal hospital or veterinary clinic
  • Proficiency in Cornerstone software or similar EMR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
