Job Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to fill a full-time position in a school district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a PreK caseload, providing direct therapy to students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Provide case management services, ensuring students receive appropriate interventions and support.
  • Collaborate with a facilitator to coordinate services across PreK campuses.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Ohio SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working with PreK students is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
