Our client, a purpose-driven technology startup, is in search of a skilled Executive Assistant/Operations professional to provide support to their Co-Founders and team as they establish their office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a startup atmosphere, where they can develop a role encompassing executive assistance, operational tasks, and some personal support duties. Position Type

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with part-time hours that will transition into a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing office procedures, including procurement of equipment, supplies, and other essential items while fostering strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure exceptional organization to enhance office productivity.
  • Manage business and personal calendars for high-profile meetings and events.
  • Anticipate the current and future needs of Co-founders, adjusting and managing priorities as necessary.
  • Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, both international and domestic.
  • Maintain high-touch relationship management and communication with clients, boards, and founders.
  • Oversee expense reporting and document management.
  • Perform errands such as scheduling appointments and coordinating with vendors.
  • Implement and refine operational processes and systems, enhancing office management and internal procedures.
  • Engage in ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency within a growing organization.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in executive assistance for C-level executives and operations, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in technology, with experience in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail and a high level of prioritization.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills, capable of operating with discretion.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000.
