Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Services Team Member to join our team. As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfill pass and lift ticket sales transactions
  • Provide guests with resort and operations information
  • Assist with trouble-shooting lift ticket and pass media issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications and Experience

Must be at least 16 years old or older

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively

Prior cash handling and point of sale experience

Previous experience in customer service-based role

Starting Wage: $18.29 Hourly
