Job SummaryWe are seeking a Guest Services Team Member to join our team. As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities- Fulfill pass and lift ticket sales transactions
- Provide guests with resort and operations information
- Assist with trouble-shooting lift ticket and pass media issues
