We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our Easy Closets team as a Customer Service Representative. Our company is recognized as the top provider of custom closet solutions, which are designed, tailored, and dispatched from our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to customers post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Address inquiries regarding shipping, product components, design queries, and installation processes.
  • Engage with customers through phone and email communications.
  • Respond promptly to messages and calls.
  • Process customer service and parts orders efficiently.
  • Assist customers with complex installation challenges.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Escalate challenging inquiries to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and communicate any irregularities to management.
  • Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, embodying the company's values.
  • Establish and nurture effective working relationships within the team and the broader organization.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

1-3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient understanding of spatial relationships, mathematics, fractions, and decimals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Positive attitude and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.

Work Environment

This role involves sitting at a workstation for approximately 80% of the time, with the remaining 20% spent standing or walking. Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules may be required.
