About the Role

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) plays a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a member of our dedicated team, you will assist licensed nursing staff with routine activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
  • Provide treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed.
  • Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated.
  • Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
  • Answer signal lights promptly.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with prior geriatric experience and the ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given is also essential.
