Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office and its staff.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages outstanding service for all guests.
  • Manage front desk personnel effectively.
  • Welcome guests, facilitate check-ins, issue room keys, and guide guests to their accommodations.
  • Address guest inquiries both in person and via telephone.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and assisting with reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
  • Resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as answering calls, taking messages, processing reservations, and managing documentation.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with relevant experience or training.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Previous experience in hospitality management is advantageous.
  • Must be capable of handling physical tasks associated with the role.
