Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the agency's operations in Pierce County, including client intake, caregiver recruitment, payroll management, and schedule coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to clients.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of our new branch in Tacoma.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to client care and services.
Requirements:
