We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Loan Processor to join our team at Dollar Loan Center. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with their short-term financial needs, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all prospects and customers with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, promptly responding to their needs, and consistently using professional language.
  • Loan Analysis: Analyze each loan application for complete and accurate data, clarify any questionable information with the prospect, and verify information to process loan applications within 15 minutes of receipt.
  • Sales: Look for ways to improve rather than deny applicants, remind customers of credit limits, and present options for credit limit increases.
  • Collections: Make timely, consistent, and effective collection calls on all past-due accounts, while following all applicable Dollar Loan Center collection guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One year of previous customer service experience, with a strong background in lending, cash handling, and collections.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
