About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of high-quality proposals that drive business growth for Starts Align LLC. As a Senior Proposal Strategist, you will work closely with our Business Units to create compelling proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop compliance matrices, annotated outlines, and proposal plans, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Division leadership on meeting preparation, debriefing, SWOT analysis, and development of value propositions.
  • Lead key proposal phases, including kickoff meetings, reviews, and production.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of relevant AEC proposal experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and maintaining confidentiality.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
