At Pike Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Shop Mechanic to join our team. As a Shop Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, including cranes, chain saws, and other machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of equipment in cities and states within the region.
  • Knowledge of the mechanics of equipment, including cranes, chain saws, and other machinery.
  • Work safely while performing repairs or maintenance in a garage and in the field in various weather conditions.
  • Troubleshoot equipment repair, maintenance, and deployment in various localities.
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in good working order.
Requirements:
  • Able to perform rigorous physical labor.
  • Requires 1-5 years of experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Must have own general tools.
  • Able to learn or perform work in the following disciplines: Hydraulics, Diesel/gas engine - automatic, Chassis and suspension, Welding/metal fabrication, Small tool repair.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ASE certification.
  • Ford or international certifications.
  • Altec/Telelect Hydraulic maintenance.
  • Utility or construction jobs.
