Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Showroom Operations Specialist to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients visiting our showroom.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday shift from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation: Starting pay is $22 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors to our showroom, understanding their needs and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Effectively communicate our appointment policies to clients.
  • Oversee customer sign-ins, manage the appointment schedule, and maintain organized job folders.
  • Support the bid follow-up process and prepare informative literature packages.
  • Send personalized Thank You cards to clients following their selections.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
