Requirements:

  • Sales experience highly preferred
  • Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04
  • After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually
  • Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals
