In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the Power Platform and SharePoint platforms to meet business needs.

Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure the effective utilization of the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Power Platform Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement solutions within Power Platform and SharePoint.
    • Customize Power Platform applications to meet business requirements.
    • Develop and maintain processes to provision and maintain SharePoint sites.
    • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Systems Analysis:
    • Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using Power Platform.
    • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
  • Platform Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Power Platform and SharePoint farms.
    • Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
    • Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Power platform development, including Canvas Apps, Model driven apps, Workflows, and Integrations.
  • Experience with SharePoint 2019 services and patching.
  • Preferred experience in one or more of the following: Javascript, REST APIs, Power Shell, Github, Azure DevOps, Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, SharePoint administrator, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Power Platform certification(s) preferred.
