GRC Platform Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused GRC Platform Specialist to join our Internal Controls team at Lynx Technology Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining user access to our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform and providing timely support and guidance to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain user access to the GRC platform, including user account creation, modification, and termination, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor user permissions and roles within the platform to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and access controls are maintained.
- Provide first-level support to end users experiencing issues with the GRC platform, including troubleshooting technical problems, answering user inquiries, and guiding users on platform functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT and compliance teams, to resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and FAQs to support end users in utilizing the GRC platform effectively.
- Conduct regular user training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of platform features and best practices.
- Stay informed about updates and new releases of the GRC platform and coordinate with vendors to implement upgrades and enhancements as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and processes related to the use of the GRC platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using GRC Platforms and understanding of their functionalities.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end users and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in performing user access management tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
