Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver award-winning customer service in an inside sales environment
  • Identify prospective customers through company-generated inbound leads
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to understand customer goals and preferences
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and encourage referral business
  • Conduct thorough follow-up and outbound calls to interested consumers
  • Close sales and advise customers on next steps
  • Stay current on new products available for customers, completing ongoing education for licensing and compliance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer service-oriented environments
  • Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a structured and competitive environment
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience preferred
