HDL Engineering Consultants seeks a highly skilled Senior Designer/Drafter to lead drafting and design efforts for our civil and survey projects. With extensive experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil engineering design principles, you will collaborate closely with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver high-quality construction drawings.

In this role, you will provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all design efforts. Your advanced expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D will enable you to develop complex design solutions for civil engineering and survey-related projects, including site plans, utility layouts, and roadway designs.

We require an Associate's degree in drafting or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 7+ years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil engineering design principles. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will need to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively with colleagues.

This position comes with a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
