About the Role

nCino is a cloud banking leader, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our Support Engineering team.

As an Associate Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our financial institution clients.

You'll work closely with our case teams to support the successful adoption of our software and help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage customer-reported error messages, questions, and configuration enhancements
  • Learn the nCino Bank Operating System and become a certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Configure our platform to nCino Gold Standards and enable customer self-service capabilities through nCino Community
  • Prioritize, research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues
  • Apply Knowledge Centered Service methodology to capture, structure, reuse, and improve articles as part of case management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated dedication to customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality technical case work
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SQL/SOQL or related database experience
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified App Builder
