Job Summary

As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for operating ionizing equipment to produce radiographic and computed tomography images of body regions for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate ionizing equipment to produce radiographic and computed tomography images of body regions for diagnostic purposes, as ordered by a licensed medical provider.
  • Perform both radiologic and computed tomography modalities, demonstrating the ability to navigate emergent situations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and an interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring seamless collaboration and patient care.
  • Follow established departmental procedures, work efficiently, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Meet the requirements for certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and maintain active licensure in the State of Montana with the Board of Radiologic Technologists.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited 24-month course of study program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Active Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
  • Active Radiologic Technologist License in the State of Montana with the Board of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Advanced certification in Computed Tomography/or MRI by the ARRT or demonstrated competency with 1-year experience may be considered.
  • Evidence of compliance with ARRT continuing education requirements.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Environment

Must be able to work holidays and have a flexible schedule, including days M-F and 1 weekend a month.
