Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote Sam's Club products and services to members, and provide guidance and support on self-service technology.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
  • Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional member service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
