Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Jasmine Estates of Oklahoma City. This role involves administering medications to residents and providing quality care. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
* Administer medications as ordered by a physician
* Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Take vital signs and collect specimens as required
* Complete incident reports for any incidents that occur on assigned shifts
* Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities related to their individual interests
* Maintain a professional approach to responsibilities, including uniform, start times, absenteeism, confidentiality, and daily work responsibilities

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 12 hours of continued education courses annually
* Fluency in English, ability to read and interpret documents, and write reports
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations
