At Sagora, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) to join our team at Lyndale at Edmond. As an ACMA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while ensuring their safety and dignity.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.47-$21.34 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes company-paid telemedicine services, on-demand pay, discount and rewards programs, and much more.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and accurately record medication administration as prescribed by physicians, following company policy and state/federal guidelines.
  • Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs, manage medication supplies, and maintain accurate accounting of medications ordered, received, stored, and administered.
  • Care for personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents, assist with activities of daily living, and aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, and mail delivery.
  • Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents, assist in dining, and observe/report changes in resident condition and status.
Requirements
  • Must be certified as an ACMA and meet Oklahoma's certification requirements.
  • Prefer 2 years' experience managing medication for seniors.
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and pharmacology terminology.
  • Proficient in EMAR software and First Aid certification.
  • Caring, organized, and able to multitask, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
