- Communication: Develop and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs, ensuring that all participants understand and retain the information.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on maintenance and repair.
- Licenses: A&P, FCC, or Pilot license preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to teach and train others.
This is a full-time position that requires travel to various locations, including our facilities and customer sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
