Job Summary

As a seasoned Aerospace Maintenance Lead, you will oversee the planning and coordination of all mechanical system activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet service and delivery schedules. Your expertise in inspection and heavy maintenance will be instrumental in troubleshooting airframe and engine systems, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance. You will also supervise and instruct aircraft technicians in proper procedures and techniques, as well as assess their strengths and weaknesses to provide guidance and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will maintain a current knowledge of Aircraft Service Changes, Customer Bulletins, and other procedures related to aircraft maintenance and servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, schedule, and complete tasks to meet service and delivery schedules.
  2. Supervise and instruct aircraft technicians in proper procedures and techniques.
  3. Assess strengths and weaknesses of subordinates and provide guidance and growth opportunities.
  4. Maintain a current knowledge of Aircraft Service Changes, Customer Bulletins, and other procedures related to aircraft maintenance and servicing.
  5. Perform required periodic maintenance and necessary servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems.

Requirements
  1. Advanced knowledge of inspection and heavy maintenance.
  2. Advanced working knowledge of pertinent technical reference materials.
  3. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
