Key Responsibilities:- Perform initial evaluations to identify functional deficits and develop treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with patients to create short and long-term goals and manage their care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Review and record patient information, including evaluative findings, treatment plans, and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and family members about prognosis and care options.
- Assist in developing and implementing department programs and share clinical knowledge to improve patient care.
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Successful completion of required licensure to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
