Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial evaluations to identify functional deficits and develop treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Collaborate with patients to create short and long-term goals and manage their care to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Review and record patient information, including evaluative findings, treatment plans, and responses to treatment.
  • Educate patients and family members about prognosis and care options.
  • Assist in developing and implementing department programs and share clinical knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Successful completion of required licensure to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
