Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in oncology to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the chemotherapy/infusion setting
- Provide expert care and education to patients, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel
- Maintain knowledge and expertise in all areas of oncologic nursing, including the delivery of chemotherapeutic and biologic agents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state RN license
- An Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- Two (2) years of oncology experience within the last three years
We welcome candidates with:
- A BSN degree
- Oncology Certification (OCN)
- Cerner experience
