Job Summary

We seek an experienced and passionate Outpatient RN Director to lead our cancer services team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of cancer care in our region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outpatient cancer services, ensuring high-quality patient care and developing innovative programs to enhance the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with our skilled team of healthcare professionals to drive best practices in oncology care and mentor nursing staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid nursing license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Previous experience in oncology and leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • A compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
