We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Community Medical Center. As an Oncology Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and education in the chemotherapy/infusion setting.

Job Summary

The Oncology Nurse Specialist will utilize the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of acute patients from admission to discharge or transfer. You will provide expert care and education to patients and act as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.

What We Offer

This position offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional compensation for charge RN and certification pay if eligible. We also offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, paid time off, extended illness bank package, income-protection programs, tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • Two (2) years of oncology experience within the last three years
