About the Role

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading the team in providing comprehensive care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as delegating and coordinating the continuum of care.

You will work closely with the healthcare team to provide patient education, triage, and day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Delegate and coordinate the continuum of care, including working with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide patient education and support, including teaching patients and families about their care and treatment options
  • Triage patients and prioritize care based on patient needs and urgency
  • Participate in day-to-day operations of the clinic, including maintaining accurate records and communicating with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of experience in acute care setting (preferred)
