In this position, you will report to the General Manager and lead a team of approximately 35-40 staff members. The typical work schedule is from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with variations including every other weekend coverage. Are you the skilled culinary operations manager we are looking for?

We seek candidates who will:

  • oversee daily meal service operations for skilled and personal care dining;
  • step in for the General Manager when needed;
  • assist with scheduling and payroll management;
  • coordinate special events;
  • ensure high-quality food service delivery;
  • cultivate and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • foster a positive dining environment; and
  • uphold Sodexo Standards.

The ideal candidate:

  • possesses excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working with seniors while managing the dining operation to enhance the daily experience for clients and residents;
  • has two or more years of experience in food service management;
  • is knowledgeable about special dietary requirements;
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and show a commitment to exceptional customer service;
  • exhibits the ability to prioritize tasks and is flexible in taking on additional responsibilities as necessary; and
  • is proficient in computer skills and has experience in report management.

While the budgeted range for this position is provided, Sodexo salary offers are tailored to each candidate's specific qualifications, including experience, skills, education, and training.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
