Company Overview: Evolution Research Group (ERG) is a privately held, independent clinical research site company with 20 wholly owned clinical sites and 4 affiliated sites.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Clinical Research Associate LPN at ERG, you will assist with clinical trials by dispensing investigational drugs, collecting biological samples, performing venipuncture, and documenting in subject charts, following Good Clinical Practices (GCP).

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense and collect investigational products, routine medications, and PRN medications as dictated by written orders.
  • Perform research protocol procedures, including vital signs, blood collection and processing, ECGs, and point of care laboratory tests.
  • Perform basic lab procedures, such as preparing specimen tubes and labels, collecting blood specimens, and storing and shipping lab specimens.
  • Study and comply with ERG site standard operating procedures, policies, practices, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved accredited school of nursing or paramedic program.
  • Phlebotomy certification (national) preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Medical terminology knowledge to communicate with physician offices and staff.
  • Able to implement protocol and regulatory requirements in study conduct.
