As a Project Quality Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our projects, working closely with talented colleagues at an award-winning, nationally recognized top 75 general contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and implement the Project Quality Management Plan.
  • Oversee project-specific quality plans, procedures, and audit the quality of work performed.
  • Manage identification and execution of corrective actions; Identify potential quality risks to schedule, cost, and all construction activities.
  • Assist in auditing field document control systems, specifications, test and inspection reports, vendor data, and as-built drawings.
  • Maintain project quality records for the construction phase of the project and quality audit plans, performance, and management thereof.
  • Proficient with project specifications, code, standards, best practices, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Coordinate third-party QA/QC testing and inspection personnel.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field is preferred; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Travel Requirements: This project is located in Southeast, with subsequent projects nationally based. You'll work in an office environment with extensive sitting at a desk and computer.
