This Strategic Business Partnerships Lead position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and revenue generation in our luxury beauty industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing order processes, and ensuring smooth operations in both 1P and 3P environments.

About the Role:
  • Account Management:
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation
    • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address account needs and resolve issues promptly
    • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and initiatives
  • PO Order Management (1P & 3P Environment):
    • Process incoming purchase orders, including replenishable and future staged orders
    • Confirm purchase orders and quantities in the vendor central system before shipping
    • Proactively manage open orders and backorders for timely fulfillment
  • Order Fulfillment and Shipment Planning:
    • Ensure purchase orders are picked and shipped within specified timeframes
    • Enter bi-weekly shipment plans in Amazon Seller Central
  • Revenue Growth and Management:
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:
    • Monitor EDI transactions and submit disputed chargeback cases as needed
  • Product Management:
    • Manage product SKUs and maintain up-to-date catalog information
  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and questions as needed
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product listings and enhance brand visibility
    • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
    Requirements:
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
    • Strong organizational skills for multitasking
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Effective time management and prioritization abilities
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Experience with Amazon's Vendor or Seller Central systems is preferred but not required
    Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on location and experience
