Strategic Partnership Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Lead to develop new partner relationships that drive value in the emerging segment of small business lending. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in strategic partnerships/business development in the technology space with a strategic mindset and superior relationship building skills.
The selected individual will identify, prospect, and close new strategic and channel partnerships for referral and embedded finance, establishing a business cadence, building and executing initiatives, and managing the opportunity pipeline. They will also broker internal resources, tools, and resources required for integrated technology partners, working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and other teams to grow our ecosystem.
A strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects. Experience leading complex, senior-level negotiations and communicating with leadership is also necessary. Excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience negotiating and redlining non-standard, multi-faceted contracts are essential.
