We are currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our food service operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our culinary offerings and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of culinary operations, including inventory management, procurement, and product delivery.
2. Ensure financial accountability through effective P&L management and contract service experience.
3. Develop innovative menus while maintaining cost controls and sourcing local ingredients.
4. Promote sustainability practices within the culinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of culinary management experience in a contract food service or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Experience in menu development and food cost management.
- Familiarity with catering trends and quality presentation.
- ServSafe certification is advantageous.
